Common solar photovoltaic brackets can be divided into ground brackets, roof brackets, water surface floating brackets, and tracking brackets. Each category can be divided into multiple categories according to different installation environments and usage scenarios.

Solar ground brackets

Conventional ground support types include: screw pile ground photovoltaic support, cast-in-place pile ground photovoltaic support, concrete pipe pile ground photovoltaic support, flexible cable ground photovoltaic support (special type), fixed seasonal adjustable ground photovoltaic support and so on.

In addition, since the tracking bracket involves different styles, the technical requirements are very high, and the control system needs to be configured, so it is temporarily unable to provide a reference.

In addition to the different types of foundations, other superstructures are greatly affected by wind pressure, snow pressure, component specifications and square array arrangement at the location of the project, and all materials need to be checked and calculated separately.

Solar roof brackets

Conventional roof support types can be divided into several categories: color steel tile roof support, concrete roof support, ceramic tile roof support, saddle board roof support and so on.

Color steel tile roof brackets can be divided into various types of fixture structures such as angle relaxation, upright seam, trapezoid, etc. according to the different types of color steel tile roof panels. The fixture styles used for each roof type are different, and the upper beam structure is basically the same. Limited by the roof load of color steel tiles, aluminum alloy brackets are generally used to reduce the roof load.

Concrete roof brackets and saddle board roof brackets are similar to ground fixed brackets and are generally installed in the form of concrete foundations or concrete ballast.

Most of the ceramic tile roof brackets are installed in the form of hooks, and the upper beam structure is basically the same as the conventional color steel tile roof brackets.

Except for the concrete roof and saddle board roof supports, other superstructures are less affected by wind pressure, snow pressure, component specifications and square array arrangement at the project site, and the beam rails can basically be used.
