Q: How long do solar modules last?

Q: Do they work on cloudy days or in the winter?


A: Yes. While energy production is highest under direct sunlight, our modules are specifically designed to convert diffuse sunlight on cloudy days into electricity. They will still generate power in winter, though shorter days and snow cover can temporarily reduce output.

Q: What is the difference between Mono and Polycrystalline modules?


A: Monocrystalline (Mono) panels are made from single-crystal silicon, are typically more efficient, and have a uniform black appearance. Polycrystalline (Poly) panels are made from fragmented silicon, are slightly less efficient, and have a blue, speckled look. Mono panels generally offer better performance and aesthetics but may come at a slightly higher cost.

Q: How much maintenance is required?


A: Solar modules require very little maintenance. Occasional cleaning with water to remove dirt, dust, or bird drobbing is recommended to ensure they operate at peak efficiency. In snowy climates, panels often shed snow on their own due to their slick surface and tilt.
