The Solar PV Grounding Lug serves as the primary terminal connection point that transitions an entire solar array from rail-level bonding to the main station ground. Mounted at the ends or along strategic points of aluminum racking rails, it securely anchors copper or aluminum grounding conductors (equipment grounding conductors / EGC), ensuring a safe, continuous, low-impedance path to earth for lightning protection and electrical fault currents.
