Product Details

The #18 flat tile hook is one of the key components of Solar photovoltaic bracket. Through the five main steps, the flat tile hook is completed. The first step is clipping the stainless steel sheet to the sizes that we need, those sheets will become ground plates and bows in the following process. The second step is punching, the stainless steel sheet is punched as customer's request. The third step is bending, the bow of solar hooks will be bent into the designed angles the same as the drawings. The next step is welding the ground plate and the bow together. Finally, we put the solar hooks into shot blasting machine to make surface treatment. If there is demand for doing passivation, then we could also provide the service required.
