The HDG C profile ground solar panel rack system, made of Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) C-shaped steel, serves as the supporting structure for ground-mounted solar power stations.
Materials
Hot dip galvanized carbon steel is adopted, with a galvanized layer thickness of 60 - 80μm, ensuring a service life of at least 25 years.
Features
Wide Applicability: It can adapt to complex terrains such as deserts and grasslands, as well as different soil conditions. It is compatible with both framed and frameless crystalline and thin-film solar panels and can be installed in either portrait or landscape orientation.
Good Mechanical Properties: It has high corrosion resistance and can withstand strong winds and heavy snow. It has passed safety tests through mechanical calculations and simulation software, ensuring reliability.
Flexible Installation: Installation angles, heights, and load capacities can be customized. The modular design facilitates on-site installation, reducing installation time and labor costs. Some C-shaped steel has ribs and toothed edges, which enhance bending resistance, shear resistance, anti-slip, and impact resistance. The strip-shaped mounting holes on the back are convenient for installation adjustment.
